    Behance social icon isn't an option

    How do I add Behance as a social icon and footer option? I've followed some other threads and do not see the code in footer.php they are describing...there's no social array of icons to edit.

    Hi there,

    Nervaq theme uses Font Awesome icons: http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons and behance is unfortunately not available.

    If you can find one icon in the list I linked that could serve as a replacement icon, let me know and I'll help you integrate it.

    Hi,

    Please accept our apologies for the delayed response. Please open <theme folder>/theme/php/PeTheme/PeThemeNervaq.php , after line #174 add the following code

    Code:
     __("Behance",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-xing-square|Behance",
    Once you've added it the code should look like

    Code:
    __("Twitter",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-twitter|Twitter",
    __("Facebook",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-facebook|Facebook",
    __("Linkedin",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-linkedin|Linkedin",
    __("Pinterest",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-pinterest|Pinterest",
    __("Skype",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-skype|Skype",
    __("YouTube",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-youtube|YouTube",
    __("Dropbox",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-dropbox-1|Dropbox",
    __("Instagram",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-instagram|Instagram",
    __("Dribbble",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-dribbble|Dribbble",
    __("Google+",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-google-plus|Google+",
    __("Vimeo",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-vimeo-square|Vimeo",
    __("Flickr",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-flickr|Flickr",
    __("Github",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-github|Github",
    __("Behance",'Pixelentity Theme/Plugin') => "fa fa-xing-square|Behance", /* add this line */
    );

    That should get the job done.

    Hi there, I have the same issue, i followed exactly what you have there.
    Is adding an option in the template from the drop down menu to choose Behance as Social Profile Link but whatever icon i choose (even "fa fa-xing-square|Behance",) it doesn't show up.
    I also noticed that there is an updated version 5 of Font Awesome that also includes Behance icon. How can we upgrade the font awesome version of Nervaq theme?

    Hi, Unfortunately manually updating the font awesome version is only something which can be done when new updates are released for the theme, its not something which is easy to do. Therefore only those icons found in the earlier version of font awesome are available in the theme. The help given by my colleague above does not insert a behance icon, it just inserts a xing icon.
