Staff Members - size of the pictures

I want to change the size of the staff member pictures. Id like to keep the width but double the height. How can I do this?

Hi, You won't be able to do this without customizing the theme. The transitions in that section are all based upon the proportions of the image, if you change its container via css it will likely mess up the whole section.
