Hi, I purchased this theme mainly for its sweet mobile version. However, it is not working on my website. Could you go to my site on a mobile device and tell me if you also can't see the theme. It works great on desktop but I need it on mobile devices too.

I spoke with my hosting and they said this issue was with the theme. That is it not compatible with phones? Please advise

I discovered you have to turn of JetPack Mobile override.
