Hello, I tried changing both files out but my site is still not working: www.maemaeservices.com/jp. I also changed both files to all lowercase. Please help. Thanks.

Hello, i had the problem with the scrolling on my web site giuliomasciocchi.eu. I have read your solution here http://support.pixelentity.com/threa...topped-working and now the scroll works well. But I have another important problem, if i upload the new file “jquery.localScroll.js” and delete the old file “jquery.localscroll.js” my page “news” and “portfolio” don’t work. Can you help me, please? Now I replace the old file”jquery.localscroll.js” and the pages are working. Many Thanks!

Hi, Change the file name of the new file to all lowercase letters. That should fix it.

@ rshima15 you have not disabled js compression in your theme options panel (advanced tab). Disable it and it will work.

    Hi Donagh,
I followed your instructions as well. However, it is still not working for my website. I have replaced the file (all lowercase letters) and JS compression was already disabled. Here is the link:
    https://ylenialubrano.com

The CONTACT icon does not bring you to the bottom of the page.
The same is valid for pages in German and Italian:
    https://ylenialubrano.com/de (KONTAKT)
    https://ylenialubrano.com/it (CONTATTI)

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, Have you tried replacing the scrollto.js file also to a new version as described earlier in this thread: http://support.pixelentity.com/threa...ll=1#post79586
