What's the perfect resolution for "Team" photos when uploaded?

I figure resizing in lightroom then uploading them all into the media library? Wondering what fits best.

HI, The photos in our demo theme http://floyd.themes.tf/ were uploaded at 320x210px and are fine. Keep that aspect ratio and make them bigger if you wish, just make sure to optimize the file size.
