    Tabs block functionality problem

    I posted this on CodeCanyon, but I thought to post here as well in case this forum gets to you faster.

    ---

    Having an issue with re-adding the Tabs block back onto the Home Page. It should look like this;

    http://smartmvp.themes.tf/standard/

    But when I add it back, it looks like this;

    https://intivahealth.com/features/

    You can see that the entire scrolling function of the Tab block is not working. So, can you advise on a fix?

    Hi,

    Have answered this already on TF. Looks to me like custom edits were made to the page and these are now causing problems. Please let us know if/what edits were made here.

    Hello,

    please remove all the customizations added to the theme and see if it fixes your problem. If it does, re-add them one by one until you find the one causing the issue.

    No changes were made to the best of my knowedge, but am happy to overwrite accordingly. Can you tell me what files I should replace with the originals in order to get the tabs Block back to original status?

    Hi, As my colleague mentioned, it appears that some edits were made to the php template file with controls the tabs block. You try replacing that file with an original, this may fix things, but if other changes were made, it may not be enough. Our support does not include debugging custom edits made by our customers, so if this does not work, we can only recommend that your replace the whole theme with the original files.

    1. In the root theme folder you will see the following file: "viewmodule-tabs.php".
    2. Download the theme again from your downloads page in your Envato account.
    3. Unzip it and find the same file mentioned above in point 1.
    4. Replace the file on your server with the one you got from the newly downloaded theme. (keep a backup of your current file just in case anything goes wrong).
    5. Refresh your theme and see if the tabs now work correctly.
