Google Maps not showing up on Contact page

    Hi guys,

Theme is going great, the project is really coming together.

However the google maps does not seem to load on my contact page.
I have tried all the contact page styles (contact edge, contact 02 edge, contact 03 edge) and non of them load the map on my site.

When i load up your live demo it works perfectly, so it is not a browser issue.

Could you please lend your expertise?

    Thanks so much,

    Kind Regards,
    Dylan.

    * Since posting this ticket i have tried adding the API key to the jquery.pixelentity.widgets.gmap.js file,
    by following the http://support.pixelentity.com/threa...ht=google+maps thread.
But still no luck. Could you please let me know what the problem is Thanks again.

    Hello,

try adding &key=YOURKEYHERE in theem folder/theme/php/PeTheme/PeThemeNietzscheAsset.php, on line 131, so the line would look like this:
    PHP Code:
    wp_enqueue_script'pe_nietzsche_gmap''//maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3&key=YOURKEYHERE', array( 'jquery') );
Of course, replace the 'YOURKEYHERE' with the actual key.

    Hi there,

I am experiencing a similar issue on jessica-nicole.com/contact and I'm not able to locate the above file in order to replace the key. If you could please advise which file I need to alter, I would really appreciate it.

    Thank you.

Hi, You don't have this file?

    theme root folder/theme/php/PeTheme/PeThemeNietzscheAsset.php

The theme wouldn't work without it!

Hi, You can find that file either on the server where your WP theme is running, or in the theme download package. Either is good. The theme "root" folder simply mean the main theme folder. So in your case it would have a name "nietzsche". In your wrodpress installation on your server its found in "wordpress/wp-content/themes/nietzsche" with each "/" meaning sub folder.

So once your find your root folder on your WP installation, you just need to navigate the sub folders to find that file. You would do this using an FTP client, eg. filezilla

Once you find that file, using the FTP client, just download it to your computer and open it using a code editor eg. sublimetext 2. Then make the edits mentioned and save the file, make sure not to change the file name. Then replace the file in its original location on your server replacing the original one which was there.

Now when you refresh your browser, the changes should take effect.

    Hope this helps.
